Play-by-Play
Grasp the essence of an NFL game in a snap
For fans who wonder beyond the box score

How to Read a Snap Summary Chart (Snaps)
Focus on the play highlighted in the green box. The box represents where the play starts and ends on the field. Refer to the description for an explanation of the play.

Why Snaps?
To understand how the final score happened
Reading Play-by-Play
Who actually reads play-by-play lists?
Snaps turn the long and tired list of play-by-play descriptions into a visual experience.

Box Scores
Box scores don't tell the game's story
Snaps show how stat lines materialized within the context of the game.

The Solution
An efficient visual summary
Snaps make sense of the box score.

FAQs & Beta Launch
We are launching the very first version of Snaps in 2025!
We are only getting started, so not everything is perfect yet (apologies in advance for any miscues).
Please enjoy the beta launch and share your feedback with us via email or social media!
Are Snaps available for college football?
The beta launch is only available for the NFL, but we plan to add college football in future releases.
Why are some games not available?
Some games have technical challenges that we are still working through. Once available, we will add them ASAP to the site. Please contact us if there is a specific game you are interested in.
I have seen drive charts before, why the patent?
There are many historical iterations of drive charts. Obtaining a patent does not (nor does it intend to) claim ownership of the concept, but rather this unique implementation of it.
Are there more historical games available?
We have data for games from 1999 onwards. We plan to add more historical games in future releases.
How should I report a chart issue?
Please visit the game with the issue, and submit a support request in the help section. We will do our best to fix the issue as soon as possible. Since we are a small team, most issues for the 2024 season will be addressed in the off season.
What new features are you working on?
We have plenty of ideas to develop and test! Please visit our contact page and let us know you are interested in testing new features. We will offer pre-release access to new features and rewards for beta testers.
How can I share my favorite Snaps with friends?
At this time you can share your favorite Snaps by sharing a link to the Snaps page for your game of interest. We apologize for not having more sharing options available to start, but we plan to add more robust sharing and community-building features in future releases. Please be mindful of our privacy policy.
