1.1. Account Access: You may only access accounts created with an email address you own. Accessing accounts you did not create or those linked to an email address you do not own is prohibited.

1.2. Account Sharing: Your account is for your use only. Sharing login credentials with others—including individuals, software, or automated tools—is not permitted.

1.3. Respect for Data: Users are not allowed to download, store, or repurpose raw data from the Platform without express permission.

1.4. Fair Use: Attempts to scrape, automate, or bypass access restrictions or security measures are strictly prohibited.

3.1. Personal Use Only: The visualizations and analyses provided on the Platform are for personal use and may not be redistributed without prior written permission.

3.2. Prohibited Actions: Users are not allowed to:

• Scrape, bulk download, or automate data collection from Sports-Snaps.com.
• Engage in activities that disrupt the Platform or compromise its security.

4.1. Email Address Changes: Currently account email addresses cannot be modified. Request to delete your account and create a new account if needed.

4.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Protect your credentials accordingly.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

7.1 The services provided by Sports-Snaps.com are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2. Sports-Snaps.com, and Icarus Now LLC are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
